Prior to renewals being processed you will receive an email notification indicating the upcoming renewal.<\/p>\n<p>Please note\u00a0that refunds\u00a0will not be issued\u00a0for requests based on unadvertised or otherwise assumed functionality. Use the\u00a0contact form\u00a0to submit any pre-sale questions you may have.<\/p>\n<p>Your license will be invalidated and deactivated immediately on submission of a refund request, and all future auto-renewals for that license will be canceled immediately.
