In your first therapy session, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Share what brings you to therapy
  • Discuss your goals and expectations
  • Ask questions about the therapy process
  • Get to know your therapist's approach

This initial session helps both you and your therapist determine if you're a good match for working together.

How to choose the right therapist

When selecting a therapist, consider:

  • Their expertise in your specific concerns
  • Their therapy approach and methods
  • Your comfort level with their communication style
  • Practical factors like availability and session costs

Remember, it's okay to try a few sessions before deciding if it's the right fit.

Payment & Scheduling

To create meaningful change and get the full benefit of therapy, we ask all our clients to commit to a minimum of six weekly sessions.

This allows you and your therapist to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and work through issues in a structured, effective way.

Your initial session is a one-time payment. If you are choose to continue we offer two options:

  • Pay in full for the first six weeks of therapy.
  • Split the cost with a flexible payment plan.
