scam warning
Update, today is January 14,2026, still no any update from bitpanda， they locked my money for more than 3 month without any update
On October 2nd, I deposited money to Bitpanda via Skrill and purchased USDC. When I tried to withdraw, my withdrawal was blocked, and I was asked to complete an additional verification. I completed the verification, but ever since, they just keep telling me to “wait.”
I have contacted their support many times with no real response. I submitted a formal complaint on October 14th, and as of October 22nd, there has still been no reply at all.
This company shows zero transparency and disregards customer funds. I have now escalated my complaint to the relevant financial authorities.
Stay away from this scam! Bitpanda is deliberately holding users’ money!

Migration : Moving account to U.K. Platform
I have been with Bitpanda for several years. During this time I have had the best support. Easy to get hold of and provided me with excellent service.
I recently wanted some clarification and got in to the support chat where all my questions were clearly answered and I was able to move forward with my account.
I was also provided with a ticket ID number 3328096 on my email incase I needed any further assistance. Which incidentally I did and they responded quickly and again helped me.
I am grateful and confident that if at any time I need any support there will always be someone at Bitpanda to assist me.
The security measures that are in place are excellent and I know my account is well looked after
I wish to thank everyone at Bitpanda as they make me feel that I am in the hands of a professional and expert platform.

So guys
So guys, i am using bitpanda almost over 5 Years and today i decided to close my account. Unfortunately i had today 737 Euros in my account and just wanted to exchange the crypto with another crypto. After i done with the exchange, i lost almost 47 Euros. After that i needed to do one last transaction and for that i lost another 50 euros. I lost 97 Euros with only 2 transactions altough i didnt even had a big amount of a money. Not even 1000 Euros. It is enorm.
I am sorry bitpanda but i am going to another Platform. You lost me.
I took screenshots offcourse. If i must, i share. Dont push it Pandas.

i have been using Bitpanda's services for a number of years and have found them to be a very professional company with friendly supportive staff..on the few occasions i have have to contact customer support my enquires have been delt with extremely quickly..EXAMPLE: the Bitpanda platform has been moving banking and services over to the UK for customers based there all to do with compliance and FCA regulations..., i had a few questions about compliance and spoke to a staff member (Violet) a few days ago, she resolved everything within minutes of our conversation ending.. everything is now resolved and my account is running on the new rails..
