Excellent capabilities and service to match
I have been with Cardstream for over 8 years and look forward to many more. They are more than my PSP. They have developed a Merchant Management System for my company that has become essential in enhancing my offerings to my clients and increasing my profitability. 100% Excellent, Highly Recommended
Have used and recommended Cardstream to clients for a number of years now. FIve star service and reliability
I have built a major new online video platform business and when I went searching for a PSP provider I found Cardstream to be the best guys in town. Best rates, best customer support, easy to deal with and they helped me get my Merchant Number with Barclaycard when I had almost given up. The payment gateway they provide is consistently reliable and I get no customer complaints!

Easy and Hassle Free
I have found that Cardstream's customer service has been particularly strong with friendly, knowledgeable staff at the end of the phone. Also, their support ticketing system seems to work well providing quick and precise replies directly from their support staff.
The sign up process was pretty painless too, the online form at My link has about 4 steps, all of which were self explanatory and only took 5 minutes to complete - once I had found my bank details!
Lastly, their tariff worked really well for me. I'm doing between 300 - 400 transactions per month which works well on their competitive tariff structure.
So, with the limited time I have had with them, they come well recommended to anyone looking to process online and virtual terminal card payments.
