We recently had a survey carried out by Home Energy Save regarding potential penetrating/rising damp, and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish - the surveyor, Steve Island was outstanding from the moment he arrived - polite, extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes immense pride in his work. He conducted an incredibly thorough inspection of the entire property, both internally and externally, with a variety of tools and equipment ensuring he fully understood and accurately diagnosed the situation - he must have spent a good hour assessing everything in detail, even going so far as to inspect the loft space and seek a second opinion via video call to confirm his findings. Having had a rather unfortunate experience with a landscaping contractor last year, this was a refreshing contrast - the level of professionalism and care shown by Home Energy Save was truly impressive. What stood out in particular was Steve’s honesty; rather than encouraging immediate, costly works, he suggested a number of sensible measures we could undertake first and advised monitoring the situation before committing to anything further - which, in my experience, is quite the opposite of what many companies tend to do. As we do not have a loft ladder, Steve even offered to retrieve or store anything for us whilst he had access, which I thought was a genuinely thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture - he even mentioned that if we passed him a damp cloth, he would clean the loft hatch before replacing it, as it was covered in dust, cobwebs, and the usual assortment of “creepy crawlies”, which he duly did without hesitation. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Home Energy Save, and in particular surveyor Steve - a thoroughly deserved 10/10.

Tried to buy my first watch. A Citizen BY1035-56L which checked all of my boxes. Go ahead, check the listing yourself. I bet it said it ships within 1-3 days or 1-2 weeks. Ordered it twice. The first time I asked after a week when it would ship and they told me its out of stock and I can request a refund or pick something else. I was irritated that I needed to wait a week and be the one to reach out in order to get that information. I canceled. The next day it said in stock and ships within 1-3 days. I am now 7 days post order and they emailed me telling me, "Your order is currently processing. We will contact you if any additional information is required. Once your order is approved and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. Please feel free to contact us if you have additional inquiries or need further assistance". Unreal. Yesterday I spent an hour on hold trying to talk to someone and then they closed while I was on hold. So today I canceled my order again, or at least requested to cancel. I am now shopping on C24 and Ebay instead where I will have to pay tariffs but at least I'll actually get what I order. I will never do business with Jomashop again. I was testing the waters with a $400 purchase and I got the information I need about them now. They lost out on a lot of future money due to this. I'll be talking about this on all social media outlets and sharing with large timepiece creators. So disappointed.

Invasive and disproportionate referencing. They require a manager's personal mobile number rather than a company switchboard, and rejected a bank statement redacted to show only employment income — meaning they specifically demand visibility of personal expenditure despite already pulling a full credit report. Open banking exists precisely to verify affordability without exposing full transaction history — yet they insist on unredacted statements. No explanation was given for why the redacted statement was insufficient. I had no choice of referencing provider and no ability to decline without losing the tenancy. Multiple reviewers on this platform report being bombarded with insurance sales calls and texts after referencing, which raises serious questions about how data collected under a referencing basis is being repurposed. I'd encourage anyone going through this process to make a subject access request and check what marketing permissions have been set on their account. The rent was comfortably within my means, and that was apparent from the information I'd already provided. The level of intrusion required here is disproportionate to any legitimate risk assessment, and the process is entirely opaque. This is an industry that needs regulatory attention.

I had a very bad experience with ElectronicsForce. I bought a phone for $160, but it arrived defective — the sound was not working at all. It was impossible to use it properly. When I contacted customer service, the process was slow and frustrating. The worst part is that I did not receive a full refund. They only gave me back $107, which is completely unfair for a faulty product. This is not acceptable. Customers should not lose money because of defective items. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from this website. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this store at all.

Let me start this with MORITZ is very amazing and deserves 5 stars for customer service and communication but it's been almost 5 days since I requested my 300 redemption and nothing has moved at all.... every other online casino I've ever cashed out with is less than 48 hours, MOST being less than 24 hours and it's approved and into my bank the next day. Now I'm reading reviews wondering why i didn't before I ever deposited. Hope this ends up being legit and will update review if it pans out! ***UPDATDE*** 3/18/26 My reward was deposited into my skrill account. Thank you splash! I do recommend this platform!

As an existing customer I called to get a deal now that I am out of contract and was offered a good price for a better speed. During the call the agent checked our broadband connection and saw there was a fault so arranged for an engineer to come out. An engineer found a problem with our installed wiring and this was fixed within a few days. There was a few communication issues with engineer appointments and misco-ordination between customer service and the engineers but eventually the issue was sorted and the engineers and customer service staff were all very polite and friendly.

I've been really happy with my app building experience on Base44! There have been some AI quirks that I've struggled through (where it said something was fixed, but it really wasn't). Still, it's truly impressive what this technology can do. Recently, I got a bit "freaked out" when I noticed that my account upgrades were charged for a full year, rather than the monthly plan that I intended to subscribe to. But, I submitted a ticket on a Friday and they responded over the weekend and credits hit my account by the following Monday. That was impressive customer service!!

I did not care for product. And I have been trying to cancel my last three shipments but can't. Now I have a 9 bottles of this product that I don't use and more is on the way because I couldn't stop the last shipment. I even called the company, talked to a person, thought I had it solved, but more came anyway. I have emailed several times, told to cancel at a web site that doesn't work. This is so frustrating ! Do not purchase from this company.

Honestly, the amount of games on LuckyMister is wild—found a lot of titles I hadn't seen on the bigger UK sites. The website is super snappy, and I haven't had any freezing or long loading screens even on 5G. I had a quick question about the loyalty points, and the live chat agent (Adam) was incredible—he sorted me out in minutes. It’s rare to find a place that feels this stable and professional.

This app not only sends private information to 3rd parties , but ALSO spy’s on you in every way possible. My school recently deleted it because for some reason it blocked every website on the face of the planet, including i ready, progress learning, no red ink. Everything. And still when I’m logged on to the iPad at home securely pops up on safari, only at home btw, THIS IS DOGSHIT

Horrible experience with my fourth order at Greenbubble. They chose a poor carrier for my XL sized plant and that carrier basically kept my order for two weeks then returned it back to the sender citing attempted delivery (lie). And then after four weeks after repeated emails and WhatsApp messages to Greenbubble I finally convinced them to give me my refund. Just horrible!

My order was not sent out on time it was overlooked,mistakes happen.when the order was delivered , i was suppost to get notice so i could be in this didnt happen and DHL, left my doors on doorstep which hasnt got a garden so anyone could of taken them.and it needed a signiture which wasnt given i was out till 8pm so lucky no one took them.

I LOVE my new patio furniture and William and Matt were so lovely delivering on time even though they couldn’t access my street with a truck and had to cart the furniture over! They even helped me move another delivery that was left on my lawn as I had my baby and couldn’t do it myself. Wonderful experience with daal xxx
