I paid this company $2950 for marketing services that were never delivered. No articles. No placements. No campaign results. No proof of work at all. Despite repeated requests, I was never provided a breakdown, report, or evidence showing that any marketing was performed. When I raised concerns and disputed the charge, they simply claimed the project was “still in progress” — months later with zero deliverables — and refused to issue a refund. This company relies on verbal promises, vague explanations, and delays while holding onto your money. Once payment is made, accountability disappears. Severe Warning to Authors I uncovered major red flags: Logic Minds Publishing LLC is not registered in Florida, the address on their website is a virtual office rental, and my credit card was charged under a different entity, INIFINITI BIT TECH LLC, which is also not a registered Florida LLC. There was no written contract, no deliverables, and no proof of work, only a claim that the project was “in progress” with zero evidence. Additionally, Writers Weekly (Angela Hoy) publicly lists Logic Minds Publishing among publishers associated with multiple deceptive practices. Unregistered entities, billing-name mismatches, virtual offices, third-party warnings, and no proof of services make this an extremely high-risk company for authors.

I experienced a serious issue on AXI where their price feed showed a sharp move that did not appear on any of my other data sources whatsoever. At the exact moment AXI stopped me out, I had several charts open on different brokers and independent data feeds – all completely stable. The only platform showing the price drop was AXI. Immediately after the stop-out, AXI’s price snapped back to normal. This type of behaviour raises a lot of questions about the reliability of their pricing. When one broker shows a sudden spike and every other feed remains clean, it’s hard to trust the execution. I have 20 years in the industry and have worked inside brokerage operations, so I know the difference between normal market volatility and isolated price anomalies. What I saw today was not reflected anywhere else in the real market. I’m escalating this through the proper regulatory channels because traders deserve transparent, consistent pricing. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I have a business FC credit card. Already I have spent over £20k within a year ! These cowboys are arguing with me for £18 dispute! I tried to make a payment to TFL and FC card declined this payment. Within seconds I used another card and it was processed. When I spoke to the merchant they told me, that the problem lies with FC and so I provided the evidence and wrote to thier CEO Lisa Jacobs far for a courtesy reply from her I got a reply from an arrogant, egoistic and defiant person called Katie who’s only intentions was to argue and with no logical reply was ever provided, as she tried to blame me , the merchant but could not provide a satisfactory explanation as to why another C card that I used in seconds went through. This is how stupid they are , rather loose thousands of pound of business for pennies and a legitimate claim- this cowboys are penny wise and pound foolish!! I would avoid doing business with a company that takes it customers as idiots !

It is unfortunate that I had to resort to Trustpilot simply to warn others about purchasing from this website. After placing my order, I was asked to complete a verification process via email, only to be instructed in the same message not to reply and instead contact their live chat. I complied, but the live chat waiting time was approximately two hours. When I was finally connected to an agent, they refused to release my order despite my having submitted all the requested documents. I was then informed that a refund would be issued—which I accepted—but was told it would take 3–5 business days to process. This delay is particularly frustrating considering I did nothing wrong. Overall, the experience was a complete waste of time and effort. The process was inefficient, poorly handled, and made worse by the unprofessional and rude behavior of some support agents. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

UPDATE!!!!!!! My first cash-out went through without any issues, which is why this situation is so frustrating. When I tried to make my second cash-out, the process completely changed. My request was moved around without explanation, and ever since then I’ve been getting the runaround from customer support. Instead of clear answers or a resolution, I keep receiving vague responses and no real progress. What should be a straightforward payout has turned into an ongoing headache. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious before playing here. THEY FIXED IT SENT ME MY MONEY I WAS BEING A LITTLE PUSHY WITH TIME THANKS GO GO GOLD

Was with NetSuite for many many years. After asking for an extension on payments one year when our founder and boss passed away, they refused and basically held years of data at ransom saying it will get deleted eventually if we don't pay - THEY WILL hold your company at ransom and keep charging you more. Very dishonest company, they will lie and onboard you, then start charging you for every click you make with the program - STAY AWAY

This has to be the worst purchase! When I lean my arms on the sides, my elbows are against wood! Was told it’s the design and nothing they can do! The mechanism under neath does not work well when I recline (hit and miss the footrest goes up) and the seat cushion is crooked! Buyers be aware…there is no more quality built chairs…just junk in disguise! And cannot get your money back nor exchange!

Superb scheduling software! After dealing with the mess and issues of Calendly, I found Cal.com on a search and so glad I did. 2-way syncs with Outlook perfectly, and easy to use and setup. The in-person locations were a little confusing, but support walked me through. All good and all setup with scheduling software that works.

Fraser Island tour was class and , I had to wrap up early the tour and help from Jemma in organising a refund was top class , highly recommend for anyone who’s not sure on what they want to see and at an affordable price!

Roku you guys suck! There should be more lenient return policies on subscriptions. I was just charged for something I did not authorize and because its “final” I can’t get my money back. I don’t even care for the subscription service that wasn’t purchased. If this was the last of what i had would you guys honor my return.

I ordered a size large which I was told this was my size on the site but they definitely run small because it doesn’t look like a large. I looked into a refund or even an exchange to get a bigger size and unfortunately all sales are final. The material is also very thin with almost no support. Save your money

Service over two years! Great customer service, absolutely no downtime. Best prices and payment plan. Was with T-Mobile for almost 8 years. There were at least three data breaches!Their service has taken a drastic turn for the worse! A lot cheaper than Verizon and You’ll never lose service.
