A fantastic event yesterday at Northgate One, Middlebrook, hosted by pro-manchester.✨ It was a great opportunity to showcase one of our brand new office spaces, which has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, creating a modern and high-quality working environment. It was great hearing Robert Hallworth speak about Orbit Development’s vision and the exciting progress being made at Middlebrook to further enhance both the retail and office offering within the destination. The session featured Robert Hallworth , Honey & Morgan’s Dr. Eliza Morgan FCIPD FCMI and Louise Varley on an engaging discussion around the theme “Selecting the Right Leader: Better to Have a Hole Than an A**hole?”, exploring the importance of effective leadership in today’s complex and changing workplace. The conversation highlighted how the right leaders can shape culture, inspire teams, and drive long-term success.
