Failing in Holland as well. I use this program for many years. Received the following message: The server could not be contacted, please check your connection. Error code: Name resolution failure. Same happened before with Ugrib. What is the solution again?
I have been working without problems, but some days ago when I selected an area and clicked on: "Download Grib File" appeared on the screen: "The server could not be contacted, please check your connection. The error code was: Name ResolutionFailure".
I have a Modem and a Router working OK, for instance, but why not with Ugrib?
So, What can I do?

Until recently UGrib worked great. I like how simple it is to use. Other Grib file programs are so complex you would need a 100 page manual to understand them. (PredictWind for example) Anyhow, new computer, I am getting ready to install UGrib again, I will comment again if all things are not OK.

This has been now 2 days that I cannot load information.
I am using Ugrib since several years on different computers. It was perfect !!! This year I wanted to install Ugrib on a new one. I never had the possibility to let it work and now I cannot use it anymore on my old computers, probably due to a mistake in the login. What can I do? Could somebody help me to contact ugrib.us for GRIB.US New User Registration ? I cannot reach ugrib.us.
