UCheck 3.1
Helps to keep the software on your computer up-to-date
Program info
UCheck is intended to help you keep the software on your computer up-to-date. In this respect, it scans your computer, consults an online database and offers to install updated versions of your programs if necessary. In this way, the application ensures that you benefit from better security and more advanced features.
Once installed, the tool can be run silently from the system tray, making periodic checks and issuing notifications. To use the program successfully, you hardly need any help. In this regard, it is very convenient that the different features are organized in tabs, which facilitates access. In fact, one of these tabs functions as a dashboard, with direct access to the main features.
UCheck automatically scans the system when it starts. It then presents a summary of the applications found by category. Thus, if you choose to view the details in the corresponding entry, it is possible to consult the list of programs needing updates. You can also find out which programs have been installed and which ones need to download installers, for example.
UCheck automates the entire software update process on your computer. In this sense, it takes care of downloading and deploying the selected programs. Additionally, it allows you to uninstall programs that you no longer need. Although the tool can handle updates of the operating system and its components, unlike other similar products, it doesn't allow updating hardware drivers. More
