Our Children’s Health Fair is THIS Saturday 💛
A day for our kids to move, play, laugh, and learn what healthy looks like in a way that feels good, not overwhelming. From games and activities to fresh food and community resources, this is what care looks like when it’s built around our families.

Tribe of the Month: Navajo Nation 🗳️🤎
Community strength shows up in many ways, including how we lead, organize, and make decisions together. The Navajo Nation holds elections every four years for key leadership roles like President, Vice President, and Council, along with Chapter elections that guide local communities.
Navajo voter registration is available through chapter houses and select Indian Centers across the country, helping ensure that Diné voices are heard no matter where they are. To register, be sure to have your documents ready, including your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), a valid ID, and your Social Security card.
Honoring governance is honoring community. Participation keeps our voices strong for future generations.
UAII proudly showcased our film The People’s Home at AARAY during their screening of Naturally Native and Mankiller directed by Valerie Red-Horse Mohl. The film received a standing ovation and so much love from the community 🤍
This documentary is more than a film. It’s a reflection of Urban Native stories, resilience, and the importance of culturally centered spaces that support our health, healing, and future.

UAII’s Native Elder’s Community Luncheon is all about connection, culture, and care. From arts and crafts to meaningful conversations, this space is created to honor our elders while supporting their health, wellness, and community.

Today we recognize National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage testing in our communities.
UAII offers confidential HIV, STD, and STI testing in a safe, culturally respectful space. Our licensed providers offer preventive care, screenings, and support to help you stay informed about your health.
