    H. E. Jotham Napat, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Vanuatu was at the OACPS Secretariat where he urged member states to back the Vanuatu initiative to seek Advisory Opinion on Climate Change from the International Court of Justice. He was pleased with the positive response.
