    The Methodist Health System family is deeply saddened by the tragic death of Dr. Matthew Latacha, age 47, on Sunday morning. A talented and compassionate cardiologist and electrophysiologist, Dr. Latacha has been a member of the Methodist medical staff since 2009.

    Out of an abundance of caution, all Methodist Physicians Clinic locations in Omaha & Council Bluffs have closed for the day. This includes all of our Urgent Care locations as well. We hope to return to normal business hours on Tues, June 2. We thank you for your understanding.
