- MEV is not a reordering of transactions. Prior to consensus there is no objective view of transaction order.The protocol allows the proposer to reorder and censor transactions unilaterally. That is what creates MEV, not PBS auctions or any other out of protocol system. Fix the protocol if you want to fix MEV.
