I was able to follow & contribute ideas to our anti-coercion policy incl from outside @Trade_EU @ecfr - the EU just delivered a key element for #OpenStrategicAutonomyDelighted that we achieved this breakthrough on the EU anti-coercion instrument in the wee small hours of the night.
