If you coach a travel sports team and refuse to give an athletes contact info to a JC coach, you are what is wrong with the travel model. You are there to provide your athletes all opportunities not just the ones that service your self interest.

The majority of players who play College Baseball will not attend a college they dreamed of attending. Many will attend colleges or post-grads they knew very little about until they were recruited. An open mind is one of the most important pieces of being recruited.

JUCO players if you think you look cool walking/jogging around the yard. Watch D1 players and their energy level. The little things matter.

A premier program in the country and every player is on top step. Ur never to good to not be mentally in the game.

Recruits ask yourself: is the name of the school and the gear more important than the opportunity to play and impact the program?

I've said b4 but if ur an athlete stop using the term "grind" it isn't a grind. it's a sport enjoy the process, ur fortunate to have it.

HS aths: I graduated from a strong academic private college, I earned 2 masters degrees and am certified as a CSCS. Not one of my degrees has an asterisk that states I went to a JC first. It’s not where you start it’s where you finish.

College baseball recruiting is a "buyers" market with an extensive "supply" of players. HS athletes are competing against Post-Grad & JUCO & 4-year transfers. Players understand coaches recruit who THEY evaluate as the right fit. Consider all options that come your way!
