In a world of AI there’s 3 options to win and you need at least 2. 1) Base LLM (unlikely unless you can outcompete X AI, OpenAI, Anthropic etc) 2) Distribution (users and revenue scale) 3) Niche training data I’m all in on 2 & 3.
