- Our top story: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit orders the PG to restore the striking journalists' contract, including its health care plan, and bargain a new one, and strikers are looking forward to returning to work:
- Breaking: The @NLRB files in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania for an injunction that would put striking Pittsburgh Post-Gazette workers back to work and reimburse some for health care costs:
- We still are on strike. People who work for or work with the people who work for the PG are crossing our picket line. We continue to appreciate the people who are not crossing.
- Breaking: With a federal court order in their favor, the journalists of @PGHGuild have voted to end their strike and on Monday notified the PG that they intend to return to work next week:
- Our team is working on a breaking story about the @NLRB ruling in the @PGHGuild's unfair labor charges case. The ruling says the company did break federal law, must negotiate and in the meantime return to the terms of the previous negotiated contract:
