#KingdomHearts. The PS2 game from 2002 that PRETENDED to have realtime lighting and almost got away with it because it's done PERFECTLY. Some inspiration here for #IndieDev and #GameDev (especially mobile).

Unity can read *.blend files with Blender installed. I can tweak values in Geometry Nodes and see updates "live" without having to export/import anything. #unity3d #gamedev #b3d #geometrynodes

You can learn a LOT about #GameDev by deconstructing existing games. Here I've remade the camera system from #KingdomHearts in #Unity3D. SURPRISE! Turns out it's never actually centered on Sora. Instead, it's always trying to look at some invisible target offset from his head. 🤯
