Widespread rain arrives mid to late A.M tomorrow w/ rain becoming moderate to heavy in P.M & night. While this will be beneficial rain, the potential for heavy rain rates means localized flash flooding is possible. Allow extra travel time, esp P.M commute.#nywx #mawx #ctwx #vtwx

Scattered showers & thunderstorms are moving across the region this afternoon, primarily north of I-90. Severe thunderstorms are not expected, but isolated storms could still bring gusty winds. Secure loose outdoor furniture/plants, and when thunder roars, head indoors! ⛈️
