Hawaii Mars has been successfully towed out of the ocean on her beaching gear. @nickel_bros and Cold Water Divers pulled off the impossible, maneuvering Hawaii around the breakwaters sideways and up the ramp!

Late last night, Hawaii Mars arrived at the BCAM. Over the next few days, Nickel Bros will remove Hawaii from the custom built cradle to her resting location.

The news has broken and we're beyond excited to announce over 2 years of hard work by both museum volunteers and @CoulsonAviation in the acquisition of the famous Hawaii Mars
The province of British Columbia has also stepped in with a generous donation toward achieving this goal
