- Replying to @elonmuskDude, just leave the credit/watermark on stuff you enjoy and post or make small effort to acknowledge it after. It doesn’t hurt anyone to do that. Most people would be excited by your engagement if it came in that form and create positive interactions rather than negative ones.
- Facebook reached out to offer Hard Drive early access to a "fan subscription" product. I asked my editors about it and the complete distrust amongst our team was kinda funny. We read through the terms and found a couple things that were hilarious when compared to Patreon's 5%.
- We sold Hard Times to Project M (Revolver, Inked). Most of my editorial team had been given chunks of the company, so it's a payday for whole crew. Editors who didn't own a chunk got bonuses anyways. The deal also includes raises for all my freelancers, and healthcare for my FTE.
