This Ethan Bear story is unacceptable. I hope that young man knows how much he has already contributed to the team and community, and that he knows the VAST majority of fans are furious about this and all racism. I stan Ethan Bear (my kids said stan is good).

- It's always fun to see folks enjoy their first NHL game. Bad idea to let them referee, though.
- When I was young, New Year's Eve (i am aware that's tomorrow night) meant listening to the top 100 songs of the year on the radio. It was a big damn deal. Does anyone remember that?
- Please tell him that I golfed 36 holes on my wife's first Mother's Day 25 years ago and things are fine now. Well, fine is a strong word, things are better. Uh, better also strong. Things are yes. That's exactly right. He'll be.
- I wanted to say thanks to everyone who reached out today to say kind words about Jo-Anne and offer support for me and the kids. It means a lot. I thank you.
- Woodcroft has saved more goals than Smith tonight.
- The NHL allows the goal, but Edmonton has to send a third-round pick to Calgary as compensation.
- Terry Fox represents what is universally good about people and I'm beyond proud he was Canadian. Know this: No one associated with the actions of today will ever have my endorsement and I will never walk beside you. Pathetic. Juvenile. I will not forget this and I am not alone.
- Masking? For me it's clear. 3 shots, clear lungs. I am older, people rely on me, and have no urge to retire. I'll wear a mask. Bring on the yell. I grew up JW and have been married for 39 years so have heard all the words. I owe it to my family to be here for them.
- I didn't work all day to see referees decide a game. Come on @NHL
- It physically hurts me to defend Corey Perry AND the Montreal Canadiens, but that is four minutes and missing it impacts the game. Shameful year for officials.
- That was a great game by the Edmonton Oilers.
- Charley Pride passed away today. I sang his songs as a child without having any idea what they were about. I loved his voice. He loved baseball and country music. RIP.
