    On this day 15 years ago, Daisy Cutter Pale Ale was brewed for the very first time. Chicago gave it a home & Daisy Cutter has led our brewery ever since. Thank you to everyone who enjoys Daisy Cutter & to the many people inside our brewery who've helped make it possible.

    We’ve installed a bicycle repair stand equipped with a full set of tools to fix your ride. Pump, tire levers, screwdrivers, wrenches & hex key set. You’ll find it outside our beer garden along Rauscher Ave just east of Hoyne. Stay safe & enjoy the ride.

    We wanted to send a transmission on Guthrie’s. Guthrie’s was a classic Chicago spot that had all the charm and warmth. A longtime better beer bar that always gave us a fair shake on things. A big loss to bar culture and another tough development in the pandemic saga.

    TOMORROW we roll out 12packs of 12oz Daisy Cutter cans. We’ve been fans of the tall boy can since the beginning. Daisy Cutter was one of the first beers we threw in the 16oz format, making it, as far as we know, the first Chicago-native tallboy can of our time.

    January 31st 🌋 Bodem IPA joins our 12oz 12pack lineup. Launched last spring, Bodem quickly established its dominance in the go-to sector. We’ve been testing this smaller, highly portable format with Daisy and Pony for a while now and can verify the glory.

    Hey all - just an update with Chicago again permitting indoor service: We will continue with the same program at both breweries. Lincoln Curbside & Balmoral Take Away Cafe. No changes for now. Stay strong and we’ll let you know when we’re ready.

    On Friday we release Galactic Double Daisy Cutter. For all you Galaxy kids out here, this is the tang. Every year the fields push out new Galaxy hops, but you can bank on the fruit & candy character nature promised. The seasonal awakening is upon us. Peel back the shell & live.
