Constitutional Amendment 4 doesn't mandate anything. It gives parishes the choice to eliminate the inventory tax, with state funding to cover the gap. Local control. Election is tomorrow. Saturday, May 16.

A business located in any of 41 states around the country pays no inventory tax. The same business in Louisiana does. Amendment 4 lets parishes fix that. Vote YES on CA4.
