    Really like this zone set play. Overload ball screen vs. a zone defense that features a snap back to a potential 2-on-1 advantage.

    Shoot when you're open. Pass when someone else is open. Drive when nobody's open. This mantra simplifies decision-making. It teaches players to read the game, not just run plays. No overthinking—just clear, actionable choices.

    Need a quick hitter vs. a zone defense? This may be your new favorite play. The top pin player becomes the counter as the can slip into the gap if their defender fights through.

    New Belmont coach Casey Alexander ran some great stuff at Lipscomb. Here is a late clock play that slips the 1st screener out off a double stagger dribble handoff.

    A common offensive principle of attack suggest that "the defense can't stop two things in a row." Here is an example of that principle being applied where a defender has to defend one action followed immediately by a second action.

    Brad Stevens has used this before...concept to seal at the rim on a sideline inbound play for a direct pass to an isolated 1-on-1 matchup. Even better if the defense switches or you know they switch on SOB. Check out another Brad Stevens SOB here youtube.com/watch?v=5egmzO…
