Fear of embarrassment is a great motivator - you don't want people who support you see you fail, and you don't want the people who doubted you to get the satisfaction of being right.

- In my earliest days of entrepreneurship, I made a bad investment which cost me a lot. This taught me the ultimate life lesson - always take responsibility for our actions. When a mistake happens, it is easy to point fingers, but greatness is only achieved through accountability.
