TweetDuck

TweetDuck is an open source client for TweetDeck. It helps you access and manage your Twitter account from your desktop.

You can upload images directly from clipboard for tweets. It can also be used to download all the images and videos in a tweet at high quality. Spell check and tweet translations in over 35 languages is present. TweetDuck features an interface that is suitable for large screens and multi-monitor setups.
