Welcome to the Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory! We are dedicated to promoting and advocating for the importance of teacher wellbeing and career progression across Europe.

ABOUT

Through close collaborations with teacher organizations, public authorities, research organizations, and key stakeholders throughout Europe, we aim to promote the wellbeing and career advancement of teachers by conducting research, facilitating open discussions, and developing policy and practice recommendations.

The Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory is part of the Policy Development and Scalability work package of the project “Promoting Teachers Well-being through Positive Behaviour Support in Early Childhood Education” (ProW) [Project Number: 626146-EPP-1-2020-2-EL-EPPKA3-PI-POLICY].

High quality education systems across Europe, within which teachers are respected and flourish.

Conduct ongoing research and provide policy and practice recommendations for the empowerment of the teaching profession, engaging all key stakeholders in education.

Together we can bring long term systemic impact, improving teacher careers and wellbeing, and at the same time improving the quality of education offered across Europe.
