It is very simply to learn and intuitive to use for solving most any time value of money calculation I require when creating loans and leases. It is the only tool that has a sophisticated and customizable amortization schedule that can also be downloaded to Microsoft word and excel. I use their annual maintenance license agreement as TimeValue Software provides the industry's best product/technical/customer support in the world, along with routine updates of their product. It keeps getting better and better. I give them two thumbs up.
