    Awesome games and wonderful company

by Yancyman on 4/28/26Ball Arena - Denver

The experience has always been about the people, families getting to enjoy professional lacrosse together, High fives all around you, smiles and laughter fill the air. even the calls that go against you are mourned together and the stories are shared for a lifetime. The Colorado Mammoth is an experience and one of the best kept secrets in Colorado Entertainment.

    Super boring

by Nn on 3/10/26Ball Arena - Denver

The most boring thing I’ve ever watched. I would never go to another game in my life. I’m sad that I wasted my money on something I didn’t enjoy one bit.

    Loved the game as usual

by Slick on 3/2/26Ball Arena - Denver

I am kind of disappointed. I bought the greatful dead package and when I went to pick up our jersey they only had 2xl. I am 5ft 5 so of course it was extremely too big. Needless to say I won't be doing that again. I paid for something I can't wear.

    Great time at the Mammoth

    by Utroll1 on 1/6/26Ball Arena - Denver

I always take my adult son to a Mammoth game for his birthday. The experience is always fun. The crowd makes the overall experience and enjoyable evening. It helped that they won.

Game = awesome, Logistics = pretty bad

by SDnvr on 3/4/25Ball Arena - Denver

We bought tickets for the Grateful Dead theme night and were excited to get a jersey and see Shakedown Street. Despite receiving several emails to hype up the event and prepare, we were never told where to pick up our jerseys. We asked upon entering the arena, and we were directed back outside to a tent near the entrance. At the tent, it took 2 separate people searching on 2 different computers to find our tickets. They asked us why we hadn’t used 2 different apps (not Ticketmaster) and we told them we’d never heard of either. We were then told that we could have XL, XXL or XXXL jerseys. When we purchased the tickets, it stated that sizes were first come, first served, so we arrived early to get the right sizes. We were told that any smaller sizes had been reserved via a different app or website, and that any tickets purchased through Ticketmaster didn’t get to choose the size. It was unfortunate, as we (2 women) then got jerseys that were ridiculously oversized. When we got to the party zone, everyone was hyped and excited for the game. Several people asked us about the jerseys and learned that it was too late to get them, as they hadn’t been aware that the tent for pickup was located outside of the arena. Others had no idea that they had vouchers for free beer in their ticketing app! With all of the emails that were sent for the event (an annoying amount), it’s sad that these things weren’t communicated well. On to Shakedown Steet. Why wouldn’t you have a guest band provide the music on the breaks in the game? They played at halftime, but not between periods. It would’ve been cool for the dancers to do a routine to a Grateful Dead song during Grateful Dead night, right? So weird that they didn’t. Then, at the end of the game, announcements were made about key players, and the announcers totally left Shakedown Street hanging with no cue to start playing. Why have a theme night and a band if you don’t play it up? I had a great time, and the mammoth was fun to watch, but whoever is in charge of logistics for theme nights needs a performance improvement plan.
