The company will review and inspect claimed products within 5–10 business days from the date the returned items are received. If no physical return is required, the review period will begin from the date the customer notifies the company.

1. Defective or Damaged Products. Customers are required to inspect their products immediately upon receipt. If any issue is found, please notify the company within 30 days from the purchase date (as stated on the receipt). If the customer does not contact the company within the specified timeframe, the claim will not be accepted.
2. Incorrect Product Ordered by Customer
   If the customer receives the wrong items due to their own order error, they must notify the company within 10 days from the purchase date (as stated on the receipt). If notification is not made within the specified timeframe, the claim will not be accepted.

1. If the customer chooses not to exchange the product. We will issue a credit note and apply it to your next purchase order.
2. If the customer requests a product exchange. We will issue a credit note and apply it to the replacement order.
   The replacement products will be shipped within 2–3 days after the claim has been inspected and approved

If the customer chooses not to exchange the product and requests a refund, the company will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

Orders must be placed by full pack per product model:

• For products packed 5 dozens per pack.
  Minimum order: 5 dozens/pack per code/size/color
• For products packed 10 dozens per pack.
  Minimum order: 10 dozens/pack per code/size/color
• For products packed 20 dozens per pack.
  Minimum order: 20 dozens/pack per code/size/color

1. Bangkok & Metropolitan Area (within 60 km)

Free delivery for orders of 30,000 THB or more. Delivery timeline depends on the truck schedule (approximately 2–3 days).

2. Bangkok & Metropolitan Area (below minimum order value)

Customers may:

• Pick up products at our company
• Arrange a private logistics provider to pick up the goods (shipping cost borne by customer)
• Request EMS shipping (shipping cost based on Thailand Post rate, added to the invoice and paid by customer)

3. Provincial Areas (within 250 km)

Free delivery for orders of 250,000 THB or more.

4. Provincial Areas (beyond free-delivery conditions)

Orders will be shipped via a courier service, packed in sacks.

Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are estimated at 100–300 THB per sack, depending on weight, sack size, and delivery distance.

5. EMS shipping is available upon request.

Shipping fees follow Thailand Post weight rates and will be added to the invoice (shipping cost borne by customer).
