Travel to Sweden & Lithuania with TT-Line

Our children’s entertainment is back on board – starting July 3rd!

Our free children’s entertainment will once again take place this year from July 3rd to September 7th. On board our Sweden ferries, the summer months are filled with one adventure after another. Especially for our young guests: During the high season, a free ice cream treat is available at the reception for little sailors – just stop by and pick it up.

Revised Fuel Surcharge Information

A fuel and environmental surcharge is levied per person for ferry crossings. This surcharge is intended to cover additional fuel-related costs as well as expenses associated with compliance with international environmental standards.

These standards are set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), a specialized agency of the United Nations that regulates global shipping. A central component of these regulations is MARPOL (International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships), which establishes limits on emissions and pollution from ships. The goal is to reduce environmental impact, improve fuel efficiency, and ensure cleaner maritime transport. Compliance with these requirements often necessitates the use of low-emission fuels and new technologies, which can lead to higher operating costs.

In addition, an ETS fee (European Emissions Trading System) is charged per person and per vehicle. This system is part of the European Union’s measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by imposing costs on CO₂ emissions in the shipping sector. Further information can be found here.

Due to the current geopolitical situation and its impact on global fuel markets, TT-Line has had to adjust its fuel surcharge accordingly. These adjustments apply to all new bookings made on or after March 27, 2026. We continue to closely monitor cost developments and will adjust the surcharge accordingly.
