It’s time to elevate the TTG Employee experience with STRIVE! Created by employees, for employees, the TTG Employee App is the one-stop-shop solution you have been searching for. We modernize the employer/employee relationship through features that engage effectively, educate seamlessly, and empower employees successfully. We put employee experience back into the hands of employees and help them maximise everything their company has to offer. ONE platform that innovates the employee-company relationship and is customisable to everyone’s needs!

The TTG Employee App focuses on three main areas:

Employee Engagement:
- Distribute surveys directly in the app to check-in and assess how employees are doing
- Push notifications that can be sent in the real-time or scheduled
- Store important messages or documents for employees to access 24/7 through the Message Hub
- Invite family to utilise the same features available to the employees
- Participate in wellness challenges with your colleagues
- Track your steps, compete in challenges with colleagues, and prioritize your wellbeing with the Activity Tracker! Through syncing the Apple Health or Google Fit already on your device, you can see your daily, weekly, and monthly activity directly in the app. After that initial sync is completed, you can begin tracking activity, with or without a fitness device, and work towards achieving your fitness goals! If you do not see the Activity Tracker live in your app, please reach out to your HR team to enable the feature for you.

Employee Education:
- Understand core components of employee benefits plan by using STRIVE’s Benefits Hub.
- Setup easy access to 401k and HRIS sites through direct links and single sign-on capabilities.
- Provide easy access to key resources such as benefit guides & handbooks.

Employee Empower:
- Leverage telemedicine & Rx integrations to save on healthcare costs.
- Store ID cards and share them with providers directly through the app.
- Connect employees to EAP offerings, in-house agencies, or HR teams to ensure all of their questions get answered.
- Speak with a licensed therapist and get help in as few as 24 hours.
- Find in-network providers that are close by and offer affordable care.
- Connect with a Health Pro to understand your benefits, review bills, find pricing on procedures & medications, and so much more!
