Chatbots don’t change culture.
More directs than ever. Agents in the mix. Their own work still on their plate. The manager role has changed—and the people part is what keeps slipping. Ren puts it on rails. It surfaces what needs attention, finds the right words, and follows through—so your managers develop more people, better, without dropping everything else.
Built on 15 years of methodology used by 100,000+ managers. Private by design.
No salespeople. You’ll talk directly with our leadership team about what’s working, what’s not, and whether your org is ready for a tool like Ren.

In 2016, I wrote Good Authority coming out of the hardest moment in my career. I’d built a company, hired good people, and talked a great game about developing my team. But when I was honest with myself? I was failing as a people leader. And so were my managers.
Through a lot of trial and error, I came up with a system to help myself and the managers around me get better at the conversations that actually matter—the ones most of us avoid. It worked. And it kept working. It launched a book, a methodology called The Accountability Dial, and a practice that’s reached over 100,000 managers—from Fortune 100s to five-person startups.
But here’s what always bothered me: to really get it, you had to bring us in. Expensive engagements. Multi-day trainings. It worked, but it wasn’t accessible to the manager at 11pm trying to figure out what to say to a struggling employee tomorrow morning.
Ren changes that. Accountability infrastructure with everything we’ve learned over 15 years, in every manager’s corner, every day. Proactive. Persistent. Kind, but direct.

See It In Action
A day with Ren
This is what it actually looks like when a manager has someone in their corner. From the first coffee to the last email.
Marcus went quiet in standup again — third time this sprint. You've been meaning to check in. What would a 5-minute conversation look like?
Your 1:1 with Keeley is tomorrow. She said she feels 'stuck' last week — that's worth pulling on. What do you think is underneath that?
Tom shipped the auth refactor ahead of schedule. That kind of quiet excellence deserves to be seen. A sentence from you would go a long way.
Works the same way in Microsoft Teams and as a standalone Mac and web app. We meet you where your managers already work.

Built for companies where managers do real work.
For Your Organization
Your managers are your most important leverage.
Every company runs on its managers. They’re the ones translating strategy into execution, holding people accountable, and doing the daily work of building culture. But they’re also doing their own job at the same time.
The people work—the hard conversation, the thoughtful feedback, the follow-up that actually sticks—keeps getting pushed to tomorrow. Not because they don’t care. Because the day fills up before they get to it.
Ren catches those moments. It preps your managers before their 1:1s, helps them find the right words when the stakes feel high, and follows up so nothing falls through the cracks. Deploys in Slack and Teams in days, not months.
Nobody has to be told to use it. Managers come back 8–9 times a week because it actually helps.

Your methodology. Your language. One agent.
Works alongside your frameworks
GROW, SBI, Radical Candor, your internal competency models—Ren adapts to the language your org already uses.
Trained on your world
We sit down with your team and teach Ren your values, your frameworks, and the way you talk about leadership. Not a toggle—a relationship.
Fits your L&D strategy
Ren augments your existing programs, not replaces them. Your workshops set the vision. Ren builds the daily muscle.
Every manager, ready. Every day.
The hard conversations, the follow-ups that slip, the feedback your managers keep sitting on. Ren makes the people work happen without pulling them out of their real work.
