Very upset with the situation no withdrawals for months and constant demands for more money. BóldonWarès came through and helped me retrieve my money.

Reliable service, support fast to reply, maintenances are announced beforehand, simple to implement API, transactions come in fast. Definitely recommend.

The API does not work reliably. Websocket market data does not update in a timely fashion. After three weeks of use, the API started returning error messages. Error 429. Rate limit issues. I’m calling the API 2.6 times a minute.

I opened a support ticket. Heard nothing after a business day. I’ve paid $100s for this. For the same amount I could have AI write exchange-specific code for me. The exchanges give this data away for free.

Plugin working great, I get fast crypto payments delivery from customers without any problems, plugin is also easy to use which I like, I'm using their plugin on 3 of my websites.

I have been using cryptapi for few weeks already, and I'm happy to contribute to cryptapi's reputation with my review, to explain why i'm recommending it!
The service is very easy to use and the fees are clear (1% only and nothing is hidden)! The payments from my customers are immediately settled (all the transactions are settled immediately and forwarded to my wallet) and no signup is required. If all of this is not enough, be informed that their live support by chat which, for my experience is basically working almost 24h...and they use to answer immediately, unlike other companies that give support via email/ticket only.

- cool live customer support: they usually reply you in a matter of minutes!

- their servers have an "uptime status" next to 100% and you can monitorate it in real time from their website
