I had an extremely unpleasant and humiliating experience at Aldi, 840A Old Kent Road, SE15 1DB. I entered the store around 08.00 pm today to look for an item but did not find it, so I left without buying anything. As I was leaving, a security guard stopped me and asked to search my bag. When I asked for the reason, he said he suspected me because he had not seen me use the till or buy anything! In other words, I was treated as suspicious simply for leaving the store without making a purchase. The guard became confrontational and refused to listen when I tried to explain calmly that it is normal for customers to browse and leave without buying anything. Despite the lack of any real justification, he searched my personal bag in full view of other customers. Nothing was found, but the public search was embarrassing and distressing. While I was still speaking to him, he walked away mid-conversation to call the manager, even though I had not asked for one. The explanation given afterwards did not justify the way I was treated. What made the situation worse was seeing the same guard and the female manager, he called to speak to me, go outside together for a smoke break shortly afterwards, while other customers were leaving the store without any checks. This made the whole incident feel arbitrary and careless rather than based on genuine suspicion. I have shopped at Aldi and other supermarkets for years and have often left without buying anything. I have never been treated like this before. Being publicly searched and treated with suspicion for doing nothing wrong was upsetting and unacceptable. Customers should not be treated as suspects simply because they did not make a purchase. A formal complaint has already been submitted via Aldi’s online chat. Case reference number: 00517779.

I placed my order with Natura and selected next day delivery.The next day I received notification my package had been delivered to me.I checked my front door and surrounding area.There was no package.I communicated with Natura by email (the only means available) and advised I had not received my package despite the delivery notification to the contrary. I also reached out to the delivery company. The next day both Natura and the delivery company confirmed my package had been delivered to the wrong address(I had sent pictures of the delivery address as they were attached to the delivery notification I received).They said they were investigating and would try to retrieve the package. I said I want a new delivery immediately and would not accept an incorrectly delivered package now because I had no way of confirming the contents had not been tampered with. Natura did not respond.I came home today to an open box at my front door from Natura.I immediately wrote to them once again noted I would not accept an open box and asked them to have their delivery people attend to pick up the open box.I requested a refund.They have not responded

Some books didn't arrive, and about half the ones that did were not in the expected condition. Customer service sent "replacements" for the ones that didn't arrive, but these were not in the same format as originally ordered (hardcover instead of paperbacks). Customer service not only refused to replace them with the correct books, they're trying to claim that I ordered hardcover to begin with. Very conveniently for them, their order confirmation email doesn't specify those details, so I have no proof. As for the books in poor condition, customer service has offered me absolutely no solution.

Ordered a hoodie and sweatpants early December so they’d arrive in time for Christmas. Once opened, they were too big — totally normal for a gift. I requested a return 3 days past their 30-day window and was flatly denied with zero discretion. This feels like a policy designed to punish customers who plan ahead for the holidays. I was ready to immediately reorder a smaller size, but instead I’m stuck with unusable items. Rigid policies, poor customer service, and no interest in keeping a customer. Disappointing and not a brand I’ll buy from again.

The first call I made for reservations was to LaQuinta on Dunlawton A e in Port Orange, Florida. After talking with Joleene, I didn't need to or want to call anywhere else !! She is the MOST PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND AWESOME PERSON I'VE EVER SPOKEN WITH - AND WE'VE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE WORLD!! Thank you for having Joleene on your team ! She the best and you are truly Blessed 🙏. Thank you again! And we will be staying at the same LaQuinta for 2 days a week for 12 weeks !! We wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

I have been waiting for a reply to try to schedule my brokerage assistant team appointment to a different person due to their lack of professionalism and finally to change to a different team it due to lack of response and professionally in the group that I was assigned to. I have notified the team manager and specifically a person named Caroline Goodman who is as supposed to take care of it as I assume she is higher up the chain. Extremely disappointed! Will see if I need to change my investments to a different company like Fidelity.

It's ok but Sainsbury's need to sharpen their pricing I'm not going to pay full price on perishables when they have a terrible dates on them like fish ran out the day after I would have brought it . I'm also fed up with the hand scanner tills being closed I used the scanners because it is supposed to be quicker but not at this Sainsbury's. Also sort your carpark out because every time it rains the standing water is terrible and walking towards the shop you need waders to go through the standing puddles.

If I could give no stars i would have!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE NO OFFICE IN THE UK NOR DO THEY GIVE YOU A RETURN SLIP! THEY OPERATE FROM CHINA! THE ITEMS ARE ALL FAKE/COUNTERFEIT PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU! LUCKY I REPORTED IT TO MY BANK AND GOT A FULL REFUND AS I PROVIDED EVIDENCE OF EMAILS WEBSITE ETC! AFTER A 6 WEEK WAIT MY MONEY WAS BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AND I STILL HAVE THE ITEM AS IM STILL AWAITING A RETURN LABEL!!

A 15-hr drive (from CO to CA) took 9 days. They delivered the vehicle a week later than estimated. Communication throughout was poor or non-existent. No idea of location or progress. Made plans for vehicle arrival but then no one arrived. Unresponsive to calls and enquiries. Notifications that were received were incorrect. I requested a partial refund since they did not fully delivered what they had advertised and they refused to consider it.

We have worked with several pin companies before, but the service we received from Chelsea in particular was above and beyond. The artist on their end took every suggestion our student artist had and was able to create a product that was exciting, different, and just a stunner! They were affordable, prompt, expeditious in completing the job, and easy to deal with from a public school side of accounting! Would recommend them 100 times over!

I requested an unlock, I paid $39.9 for the unlock. I probably waited the time they requested, which was three days. It was expected that they would register that the message was getting longer and the unlocking time was getting longer. It is important to note that my device is not reported as stolen and is not reported as lost, and all the money was paid for it. Despite this, they were unable to unlock it. My phone is pixel 9 pro xl

I called to talk to somebody about a particular issue and I was told by that automated system that it would be about 60mins. That time went by and then some with still no answer. A lot of seniors like myself don't use computers or the Internet so we need to interact with people so they need to be more assessable. Instead we are put on hold for hours . If nothing else y'all should call back but in my case it wasn't available.

This report is pretty much useless with the vehicle information such as the most important thing is the vehicle model is totally wrong, the only accurate information i previously had been informed of was the vehicle recalls but i was not provided with any vehicle history information for past or present, WAIST OF A $1 !

I received my package by a company named Uni? The package seemed smaller and lighter than I expected. The headphones were not the ones I ordered. I think they are supposed to look like Apple Air Max. I paid $150 for terrible sounding headphones, I emailed Sonoveo and hopefully the real headphones are in the mail.

I ordered a hoodie and the rain cover i had ordered 4xl I tried it it was to big for me I reached out to baerskin explained wrong size they sent replacement no problems 3xl fits pefect and very warm as exactly described from baerskin thank you for being understanding if you have a problem they sort it
