Cheetah Digital obtains HITRUST i1 certification
Marigold is proud to announce that our Cheetah Digital product is now HITRUST i1 certified.
Emma and Sailthru obtain HITRUST i1 certifications
Marigold is proud to announce that our Emma and Sailthru products are now HITRUST i1 certified.
F5 Security Breach
As of October 17, 2025, Marigold completed software updates recommended by F5 and continues to monitor the situation.
Marigold is aware of the recently reported F5 data breach by a nation-state threat actor and has limited use of these devices. Marigold is taking measures to ensure all F5 devices are updated to the latest software version and will continue to monitor the situation.
Oracle E-Business Vulnerability
Marigold is aware of the Oracle E-Business Suite software vulnerability. Marigold does not use the Oracle E-Business Suite and is not impacted by this issue.
Zeta Global to Acquire Marigold's Enterprise Business
On September 30, 2025, Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA), announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Marigold to acquire Marigold's enterprise software business, including Marigold Loyalty, Cheetah Digital, Selligent, Sailthru, Liveclicker, and Grow.
