Once in your desired product's trust center, please request access via the "Get Access" button in the "Start your security review" banner. You will be sent an invite to access the portal via email and, once inside, you will be prompted to sign an NDA. Once the NDA is signed, you will have access to view and download resources in the Trust Center.
Please Note: Clicking on the "Get Access" button while on the Homepage will not grant you access to the products' trust centers since no product selection has been made.
2026 SOC 2 Type 2 Audit
Please be advised that EAB is currently undergoing a SOC 2 Type 2 audit for the May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 examination period. Our SOC 2 audit firm of several years’ standing is Linford and Company LLP, a CPA firm led by partners and staff comprised of former "Big Four" auditors and Information Security experts. Linford has an active CPA license and is enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program with a “Pass” rating well within the three year validity period.

We have uploaded 2025's SOC 2 Type II Reports to products' trust centers for your review.
Navigate360 platform's HECVATs have been updated and are available in version 4.04.
Navigate360 platform's HECVATs are available in version 4.04, which includes new sections and questions specifically focused on privacy and AI.
Starfish has also been granted TX-RAMP Level 2 certification
Starfish has also been granted TX-RAMP Level 2 certification demonstrating EAB's ongoing commitment to industry standard security best practices. To obtain this certification, EAB was required to adopt "a standardized approach for security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring of cloud computing services" across the Starfish platform. We have uploaded evidence of this certification to our trust center for our partners to reference.
Edify has been granted TX-RAMP Level 2 certification
We are proud to announce that Edify has also been granted TX-RAMP Level 2 certification demonstrating EAB's ongoing commitment to industry standard security best practices. To obtain this certification, EAB was required to adopt "a standardized approach for security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring of cloud computing services" across the Edify platform. We have uploaded evidence of this certification to our trust center for our partners to reference.
