If the wrong item was sent to you or the item is of poor quality, reach out to us at goalies@truenorthgoaltending.com. We will require certain information from you in order to start your claim, so please provide anything that is asked to ensure we can help you as best as possible. Each claim will be assessed on a case by case basis, so it is not guaranteed that a claim will be accepted. In the case a claim is accepted, either a replacement item will be sent or a refund will be issued, whichever you prefer.
If an item does not fit, we will offer an exchange of the item once the item is shipped back to us for inspection. If the item shows damage or significant signs of wear, your exchange may be denied. The shipping cost to return the item is the buyer’s responsibility. Once we have received the item and the item is deemed in acceptable condition, an exchange for the new size will be made with the new shipping cost at our expense.
If you do not receive your item or your shipment is deemed lost, please reach out to us at goalies@truenorthgoaltending.com and we will reach out to the delivery service for more information. We also recommend for you to reach out to the delivery service as well.
Any sessions booked through True North Goaltending are subjected to our refund policy. Our refund policy for bookings is as follows: Cancellations made by the attendee are subject to a 100% refund if the cancellation is made 7 or more days before a one-time goalie session, or 90 or more days before a camp. Any cancellation made between 2-7 days of the start of a one-time goalie session, or between 30-90 days of the start of a goalie camp are subject to a 50% refund. A cancellation made within 2 days (48 hours) of a one time goalies session, or within 30 days of the start of a goalie camp will not be subject to a refund. True North Goaltending will contact the attendee after a cancellation is made to arrange payment or credit towards a future session, if it is subject to a refund. Packages are not subject to a refund.
Any event cancelled by True North Goaltending will result in a full refund to all attendees affected by the cancelled session. Refunds may be issued in the form of money transferred back to the attendee, or may be subject to a credit for future sessions. This will be communicated at the point in time a cancellation is made. This does NOT include the termination of participation in a True North Goaltending event due to misbehaviour by the participant. Misbehaviours will be at the discretion of True North Goaltending and will result in immediate removal from a True North Goaltending event with no credit or refund given.
In the event of an illness to a goalie, we would be happy to work out a time to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to prevent the spread of illness. Please provide as much notice as possible for this case. If this, however, becomes a frequent occurrence with a client then we will enforce our regular refund policy as stated above.
