Rebranding VAM: Building a Stronger Brand in Steel and Beyond
Since its founding in 1994, Vam Trade L.L.C. Pristina has become the main supplier of steel products in Kosovo and the region. For more than three decades, VAM has been at the core of construction progress—delivering a wide range of steel products and instruments that serve the needs of the construction industry, builders, real estate investors, and all those whose work relies on quality steel.
Today, VAM stands not only as a trusted supplier but also as a company with a renewed vision, proudly presented through a modern rebranding.
The rebranding, created by Trokit, reflects VAM’s evolution while remaining true to its roots. The refreshed identity highlights both the company’s long-standing expertise and its dynamic future in the steel and construction sector.
Alongside its visual transformation, VAM introduces a new slogan: “The Foundations of Modern Living.” This phrase captures the company’s deeper purpose—beyond supplying steel, VAM helps shape the environments where people live, work, and grow. The slogan embodies VAM’s belief that modern living begins with strong foundations—both structural and ethical.
At the center of this new identity is a powerful symbol: four corners that fit together to form a square. This square is more than a simple geometric figure—it represents reinforcement, stability, and strong building foundations. At the same time, it conveys the idea of a cyclical system, where each part is connected, reflecting the way VAM’s diverse sectors support and strengthen one another.
The new identity introduces a visual system where each of VAM’s main activities is represented by its own corner and identifying color:
Trade – Blue, symbolizing energy, activity, and dynamism.
Bend – Red, reflecting strength, depth, and expertise in specialized steel products.
Invest – Purple, embodying trust, vision, and growth in long-term projects.
Comfort – Green, representing sustainability, care, and quality of life.
These colors are anchored by the main identity color—dark blue, a tone that conveys professionalism, stability, and confidence. This palette ensures that every service VAM provides
has its own clear presence, yet all remain united under one strong brand.
The typography of the new VAM identity is unique, built directly from the company’s symbol. Each letter carries a “piece” of the square structure, ensuring that the brand’s name visually reflects the same foundation and unity as its logo. This design choice reinforces VAM’s commitment to consistency, innovation, and strength.
