Octotint
White and Color Dispersions (Custom colors are available upon request)
Octotint 120
Octotint 120 is an aqueous dispersion of ultramarine blue, an inorganic pigment having good alkali and heat resistance; not recommended for acidic systems. Octotint 120 has a bright hue which is opaque in water-based systems. Octotint 120 blue is also recommended in the rubber latex industry as a bluing agent used in very low percentages to intensify whiteness by offsetting yellowish undertones.
Octotint 435
Octotint 435 is a water-based dispersion of highly refined pigments of extremely fine particle size and purity. It can be used with good compatibility in aqueous formulations where its characteristic color would be desired.
Octotint 725
Octotint 725 is a finely divided aqueous dispersion of rutile titanium dioxide pigment, at 60% activity. Titanium dioxide has the greatest hiding power, or opacifying power, of all pigments. It is also inert and noncombustible. Octotint 725 is formulated for direct addition into most latex-based compounds, thus providing the compounder with a ready to use pourable form of TiO2 with improved dispersion properties.
Octotint 790
Octotint 790 is a water-based dispersion of highly refined pigments of extremely fine particle size and purity, with properties tailored for the specific applications of tinting jute adhesives. It can also be used with good compatibility in other aqueous formulations where its characteristic color would be desired.
