The dream trails in the Rhein-Mosel-Eifel-Land appeal to all the senses. In the north of Rhineland-Palatinate, a total of 27 premium circular hiking trails and 14 premium walking trails lead to the special places in the Rhine-Mosel-Eifel region. The hiker will find a unique hiking world for nature and culture explorers: with around two UNESCO World Heritage sites, volcanic landscapes, the wine-cultural landscape of the Terrassenmosel, unique juniper heaths, Eltz Castle as a German knight's castle and the highest cold water geyser in the world.
In contrast to large long-distance hiking trails that have to be walked in stages day after day, the hiker with the dream trails has half-day and day tours of very different lengths (between 6 and 18 kilometers), landscapes and themes to choose from and can choose their own "hiking menu" put together.
The dream paths are premium quality walking trails. On short tours they satisfy the little “premium hiking hunger” and are only between 3 and 7 kilometers long and less steep. They are particularly suitable for families with children or beginners.
