Ladislav Zelinka
Ing. Ladislav Zelinka, Ph.D., is a Czech economist, former manager, auditor, insolvency practitioner, and university assistant professor. He has served as vice-chairman of the political party Independent Left, deputy minister of finance, advisor to the minister of industry and trade, and chairman of the board of the Export and Guarantee Insurance Company (EGAP) and the Czech Export Bank (CEB).
He has also been a board member of the worldwide association of insolvency practitioners INSOL International, the Czech Chamber of Auditors (CCA), and the Czech Chamber of Insolvency Practitioners (CCIP), among other bodies. He is the author of professional and fiction publications; now retired, he works as a court expert in forensic accounting.
