Yes. Audio files are stored for the duration of transcription and are then deleted. We store only operational usage data for reliability and reporting - absolutely no audio or transcription text is permanently stored.

Only temporarily during processing; they are cleaned up automatically after transcription. Transcripts are sent back to you and aren't persisted in our database.

WhatsApp encrypts all messages end to end between you and Transcribbit. Only you can read these.

No. We don't use your audio or transcripts to train our models. Processing uses third-party APIs, and we avoid retaining your content.

Each voice note processed is one transcription. All plans support unlimited transcriptions with a 25 MB file size limit per note.

For Business subscribers: Use "subscription cancel" in WhatsApp. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. The 250-Minute Pack doesn't require cancellation - your minutes stay available until used or expired.
