What Tracksies Is About

The barista who knows your order.

You know that feeling? You walk into your local café, and before you’ve even opened your mouth, they’re reaching for your cup. “The usual?” Said with a smile. They remember your dog’s name. They ask how that project’s going.

That’s not creepy. That’s lovely. That’s someone paying attention because they care.

That’s what we’re trying to help you do.

Tracksies helps you be the barista — not the algorithm. It means knowing that the order you’re packing is someone’s tenth purchase, so you slip in a handwritten note that says “thanks for sticking with us.” It means spotting your loyal regulars and rewarding them properly. Not with some algorithm-driven “personalised offer,” but because you genuinely appreciate them and want them to know it.

It means noticing that someone only ever buys when there’s a coupon — and deciding what you want to do about that. Maybe a cheeky “we see you” discount. Maybe nothing at all. Your call.

Keeping track of people. Looking after them. Being the barista.

We think small business deserves proper tools.

Not “lite” versions. Not crippled demos. Not “starter” plans that nickel-and-dime you the moment you start succeeding.

The tools that big business takes for granted — customer intelligence, review management, operational dashboards, loyalty programmes, analytics — shouldn’t cost $500 a month. They should cost what’s fair. And they should work without a dedicated IT team.

That’s what we’re building.

Your data lives on your server.

Your customers. Your reviews. Your business intelligence. Stored in your database, on your server, under your control.

This matters more than it sounds. When your data lives on someone else’s infrastructure, you’re dependent on their decisions — their pricing changes, their acquisitions, their pivots. You can’t easily leave. And even well-intentioned companies still use your data to build their benchmarks, train their models, and improve their own products.

We do it differently. Your data stays in your WordPress database. We don’t see it. We can’t see it. There’s nothing to sell, nothing to aggregate, nothing to train on.

You pay us for software. We give you software. It runs on your server. Your data never leaves your roof.

If you stop using Tracksies tomorrow, uninstall the plugin and everything stays right where it is — in your database, under your control, ready to use however you want.

The tiny house philosophy.

Bear with me.

A tiny house isn’t worse than a mansion. It’s intentional. It’s everything you need, nothing you don’t, designed with care.

Tracksies is the tiny house of business software.

We’re not trying to be Salesforce. We’re not building features to tick boxes on comparison charts. We’re building the things that actually matter — the stuff you’ll use every day — and doing it properly.

And here’s where the tiny house thing really kicks in: you enable each feature one at a time. Only what you need, when you need it.

Don’t need loyalty points? Don’t turn it on. Not ready for advanced analytics? Leave it off. Running a service business with no physical products? Skip the packing workflow entirely.

Everything is lightweight, efficient, and not fighting for resources. But if you’re not using it, it’s not running. Your site stays fast and your admin stays clean.

Your site. Your tools. Your choice.

Flat pricing. No surprises.

Your business grows? Congratulations. Your software bill stays the same.

No per-order fees. No usage caps. No limits on customers, reviews, or emails. No “contact sales” tier. No mystery costs that only reveal themselves after a demo call. Here’s our pricing. All of it. Right there on the website. Pick what you need. Pay what it says. Done.

And if you want to talk to us, that’s lovely — we like talking to people. But you shouldn’t have to perform interest just to find out if you can afford the thing.

Enterprise doing serious volume? Welcome. You’ll probably need beefier hosting, but that’s between you and your hosting provider. The Tracksies price stays the same. The software runs on your server — your success doesn’t cost us anything extra, so why would we charge you more for it?

Loyalty gets rewarded, not penalised.

Here’s something that’s always bothered us: most software companies reward new customers and quietly punish loyal ones. Sign-up discounts, then price increases. “Valued customer” emails followed by 20% hikes.

We do it the other way round.

Your renewal is 20% less than your first year.

Stay with us? Pay less. Not more. Less.

Because a customer who’s been with us for three years shouldn’t be subsidising acquisition discounts for someone who just found us on Google.

You stuck around. You deserve the better deal.

Why an annual fee (and not lifetime)?

The internet doesn’t stand still. WordPress updates. WooCommerce updates. PHP updates. Security vulnerabilities emerge. Google changes their schema requirements. Payment gateways shift their APIs.

What worked perfectly last year breaks quietly this year.

Your annual fee pays for:

Security patches. Because “set and forget” is how websites get hacked. Compatibility updates. So the next WordPress release doesn’t break your checkout. New features. Real improvements based on what users actually need. Support from humans. Who know the product and give actual answers.

We’re not just maintaining a product. We’re maintaining your infrastructure.

Free means actually free.

Our free tier isn’t a trap. It’s a real product that real businesses can run on, indefinitely, without hitting a wall designed to frustrate you into upgrading.

When you upgrade, it’s because you genuinely need more — not because we held basic features hostage.

Proper support. Not a maze.

We’ve built troubleshooting right into Tracksies — so when something’s not working, the plugin helps you figure out why. Beyond that: comprehensive docs that actually explain things. And when you need a real human? Real humans who give real answers.

You won’t have to battle through a chatbot to reach an actual person. Use the chatbot if you want to (hi, also an introvert — sometimes typing is easier than talking). Or just send us an email. Your choice. We’re not going to make you prove you’ve tried everything before we’ll help you.

Your tools, your choice.

We want you to use whatever’s right for your business. Your SMTP provider. Your hosting. Your developer. Your designer. Your warehouse solution. Your postie. Your choice.

We’re not here to lock you into an ecosystem — we don’t have one. We have plugins that play nicely with the tools you’ve already chosen.

And we’re building integrations with as many platforms as we feasibly can. If there’s an integration you need that we don’t have yet, tell us. It might already be on the roadmap. If not, add it — we have a public roadmap where you can suggest features, upvote things others have suggested, and see what’s coming next.

The Tracksies Family

Trustie — Reviews and testimonials that work. Start free with everything you need: star ratings, review cards, request emails, testimonials, Google Reviews, schema markup. Upgrade to Pro for photo reviews, Q&A, import tools, and multi-step email sequences.

Tracksies HQ — Your customer intelligence headquarters. Know your customers — who’s a VIP, who’s at risk, who keeps returning things. Priority rules, returns workflow, custom order statuses, branded emails and PDF invoices. Everything a store owner needs, right from the order screen.

Packsie — Dashboards for when you have a team. Packing queues, returns dashboard, staff management, and “who packed what” tracking. Because once you’re not doing it all yourself, you need to see who’s doing what.

Squizzie — Business intelligence that connects the dots. WooCommerce analytics, Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, PageSpeed — all in one dashboard. Auto-generated insights, branded PDF reports, Google Sheets export. The full picture.

Perkie — Loyalty that knows your customers. Points, tiers, referral tracking, review incentives. Informed by actual customer data — not just a points balance in a vacuum.

Pipesie — Pipeline intelligence for service businesses. Leads, projects, clients, testimonials. CRM and coaching without needing WooCommerce.

Linksie — Your link-in-bio, on your site. Free Linktree replacement. Your domain, your data, no monthly fee. (Coming later.)

Who this is for.

Tracksies is for the business that’s past “just getting started” but not yet “enterprise” — and honestly, for the enterprise that’s tired of paying enterprise prices.

The WooCommerce store doing real revenue that needs real tools. The service business tired of juggling six platforms. The solo operator who wants to work smarter. The small team that deserves software that respects their time and their budget.

If you’re running a business — actually running one — these tools are for you.

Want something we haven’t built yet?

Tell us. We have a public roadmap where you can suggest features, upvote what others have suggested, and see what’s coming next. We’re building this for people who actually use it — so tell us what would make your life easier.

Our promise.

We will:

Build thoughtfully. Every feature earns its place. Price fairly. Sustainable for us, accessible for you. Communicate honestly. No marketing fluff. If the price goes up, we’ll tell you why. Support properly. Real answers from people who know the product. Respect your data. It’s yours. Full stop. Stay independent. No VC money, no pressure to 10x growth, no inevitable decay.

We won’t:

Lock your data behind export fees. Charge you per order, per review, per email, or per user. Sunset features you paid for. Sell your data. (It’s yours. That’s the whole point.) Pretend we’re the only option. If something else works better for you, use it. Genuinely.

Why this actually matters.

Here’s what I believe:

When businesses can see what’s happening under their own roof — really see it, in real time, without paying a consultant or wrestling with spreadsheets — they make better decisions.

Better decisions lead to more success.

And right now? Small business success matters. Against the platforms that take 30% and call it “exposure.” Against the algorithms that decide who sees your work. Against the quiet assumption that small means less-than.

Every independent business that thrives is proof that there’s another way.

We’re just trying to help with the tools.

One more thing.

We’re a small team. (Okay, it’s mostly just me.)

That means we can’t do everything, and we can’t please everyone. But it also means every decision is intentional. No committees. No “the algorithm decided.” Just people building tools for other people.

All people. Tracksies is for everyone — every background, every identity, every kind of human running a legitimate business. Small business is how people build independence, create community, and carve out space in the world. We want to help with that.
