2025-11-07T17:27:31.176 INFO:teuthology.orchestra.run.smithi032.stdout:/usr/bin/ceph: stderr Error ENOENT: module 'cephadm' reports that it cannot run on the active manager daemon: PyO3 modules compiled for CPython 3.8 or older may only be initialized once per interpreter process (pass --force to force enablement)
