Description

This is a logical clone of https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/71168.

The original solution was not enough, so additional measures in new PR had to be taken.
This tracker is for that effort, and for the backports of it.

THE EKHM... SOLUTION
The already attempted solution for https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/71168 was unable provide expected benefits.
As a result, a turning off for bench measure is applied when write_v2 and compression are enabled.
