Description

It came up during discussions for tracker #70832 that we also need to ensure
legacy and v1 subvolume versions are tested regularly as part of fs:volumes.

For this we'll need to set the subvolume version in YAML and add QA code to
create subvolume for that particular version, since volumes plugin command
can only create subvolume for the highest version by default.
