Description

The mistakes shows itself as a failure of osd-scrub-repair.sh, with the following
line failing:

TEST_periodic_scrub_replicated: grep -q 'Regular scrub request, deep-scrub details will be lost' td/osd-scrub-repair/osd.0.log

The 'main' PR is approved. Now, as in 'main' the change only affects commented-out code, I won't be waiting for
any teuthology tests.
