Description

OSDMonitor::check_cluster_features is used to gate crush updates and several mon pool commands based on whether the OSDs are sufficiently upgraded to correctly support the features. AFAICT, there isn't, however, anything to prevent a less modern OSD which does not support such a feature from starting after the fact.
